NTA has released it’s CSIR UGC NET 2019 Answer Key on 1st January 2020. Candidates can easily download CSIR UGC Net 2019 Answer Until 3rd January 2020. NTA had conducted CSIR UGC NET session December 2019 on 15 December and 27 December 2019 in online mode to determine the eligibility of 2,82,116 registered candidates for Junior Research Fellowship and Lectureship.

The exam was connected to life science, Earth science, Mathematical science, Chemical science, and Physical science papers. CSIR UGC NET 2019 Result will be released by January 14, 2020.

To Check CSIR UGC NET December 2019 Final Answer Keys

  1. The difficulty level of the exam was easy, as per students’ reactions, it varies from paper to paper.
  2. To qualify the exam, The minimum marks are 33% for General, OBC and EWS Categories and The minimum marks are 25% for SC/ ST and PwD candidates.
  3. Fellowship to successful candidates shall be effective from 1 July 2020, with the validity period of 2 years for joining the fellowship under the scheme.
  4. The Central Government has hiked salary from INR 25000/- to INR 31000/- for CSIR UGC NET Junior Research Fellowship.

Educational Qualification

  1. Candidates must have a M.Sc or an equivalent degree / Integrated BS-MS / BS – 4 years / BE / B. Tech / B. Pharma / MBBS.
  2. For General/ EWS and OBC-NCL candidates, a minimum of 55% marks and for SC/ ST/ physically and visually handicapped candidates, a minimum of 50% marks is required in this degree.
  3. Those enrolled for M.Sc or those who have completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
  4. B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or candidates enrolled in the Integrated MS-PhD program can apply as well.
  5. Such applicants need a minimum of 55% marks (for general and OBC-NCL) and 50% marks for SC / ST, physically and visually handicapped candidates.
  6. Those with a bachelor’s degree must be registered/enrolled for Ph.D./ Integrated Ph.D. program to be eligible for CSIR.
  7. Ph.D. degree holders, who have passed Master’s degree before September 19, 1991, with minimum 50% marks, are eligible to apply for the only Lectureship.

Relaxations & Age Limit:

  1. For Junior Research Fellowship: Candidates should not have attained 28 years of age as on July 1, 2019.
  2. Lectureship: There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professorship.
  3. The upper age limit can be relaxed up to 5 years for SC/ ST/ Physically or Visually handicapped and female candidates and 3 years for OBC-Non Creamy Layer candidates

  1. To apply for the exam Visit the CSIR website, https://csirnet.nta.nic.in
  2. Click on ‘Apply Online’ at the bottom of the page.
  3. The Application form will appear on-screen
  4. Enter all requisite details in the application form.
  5. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature and other documents, as mentioned on the form.
  6. Verify all information before the final submission of the form. changes will not allow after final submission.
  7. You will assign A system generated Application Number after submitting the form.
  8. Make the payment for Application Fee.
  9. Take a printout of the filled-in Application Form for future reference.

CSIR UGC NET 2019 Admit Card

Candidates whose exam center is in Assam and Meghalaya have been issued CSIR UGC NET Admit Card 2019 on 23 December 2019. Candidates can download CSIR NET Hall Tickets till their exam day, 27 December 2019. Follow the steps given below to download the admit card for the exam:

  1. Visit the official website of CSIR.
  2. Click on the link – “Download Admit Card”.
  3. Provide your roll number and date of birth.
  4. There may be a security code that candidates will need to enter.
  5. Click on the “Submit” button to log into the system

CSIR NET Answer Key 2019

Answer keys have been released for Joint CSIR-UGC NET Exam 2019 at the official website- csirnet.nta.nic.in on 1 January 2020.

Candidates can download and challenge the answer key till 3 January 2020.
Candidates can submit their representation against the answer key in respect of all the subjects.

Representation(s) must be sent through email only. Any representation submitted by post or in person will not be entertained.

The representation must have documentary/textual support.
Any representation received after the specified time will not be accepted.

CSIR NET 2019 Result :

NTA will release CSIR UGC NET Result on 14 January 2020 at the official website. Successful candidates’ fellowship will be effective from 1 July 2020. NTA will publish The result in a PDF format consisting of the roll number of successfully qualified candidates of JRF NET December 2019.
